We understand the benefits of investing in the communities we serve. Our commitment to hire and train local people in the communities where we live and work has helped us find and retain key talent within our local communities. We know the advantages of having local people working in the areas in which they live when it comes to working in remote areas and planning our emergency medical response.

We also love to see our people go home safely every night to the their families and loved ones. It is our goal to be able to provide 100% of our manpower from within the communities in which we work and we continue to actively hire and train the right local people to achieve this.

Our team is comprised of a diverse group of people from various backgrounds and ethnicities. For the past 5 years we have been very active in finding and recruiting First Nations people to join our team. We believe someone with the right attitude and work ethic, if given the opportunity, can become a valuable member of our team.

We also understand the challenges many First Nation people face in finding job opportunities due to lack of experience and skills training. This is why we have focused on providing those opportunities for First Nations people to help increase their active participation in the various projects that may be happening on their traditional territories.

We believe in ongoing engagement and open communication and make it a priority to help those in areas where project development is taking place will be given the first opportunity to receive the economic benefits of well paying jobs and experience required to be successful in our industry long term.
